We have over twelve years of successful home staging experience each, not to count our other design experience. There is a reason for this--we know the psychology of home staging and put its power to work for our clients. Our company is a NC corporation, we have workers' compensation and general liability insurance, and we have several professional certifications. We do home staging projects in both North and South Carolina. We support the Carolinas and Humanitarian Care, since we know the value of giving--what is dear to our hearts. Fran is a monthly donor to ASCPA, Charlotte Humane Society, Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity and Charlotte Rescue Mission. Carolina Center Staging and its employees have given support to many disaster relief programs. We hope to do a fun fund raiser in 2020--stay tuned!
Company founder and former art student from a family of artists (her father was a toy designer), Fran started staging in Dallas, TX in 2007. She got results her first time out on the home staging track having the house go under contract in 1 day! She has 3 certifications: RESA Pro® (Real Estate Staging Association Professional), ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional), and HSR® (Home Staging Resource). She was in the corporate world for years and has been an entrepreneur for 20 years developing training DVDs and manuals for packing, shipping, store operations and customer service. She brings her experience forth with the staging industry.
Stephanie is an Accredited Staging Professional with a background in Fine Art. Her experience includes Visual Merchandising, Model Home Staging, mural painting, picture framing and floral design work.
Mary has been doing home staging and model homes for years and has been with Carolina Center Staging for a year. She is an absolute treasure to our company, bringing new ideas and thinking outside the staging tool box always. Her heart is with our clients' best interests and with us as a team. I wish we could clone her.
