Our company is an insured NC corporation, and we do projects in both North and South Carolina. We support Charlotte and Humanitarian Care, since we know the value of giving--what is dear to our hearts. We are members of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, and our company is a monthly donor to the World Wildlife Federation. Fran also gives monthly to the Charlotte Rescue Mission, Second Harvest Food Bank, The Charlotte Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity and ASPCA.
Company founder and former art student from a family of artists, Fran started staging in Dallas, TX in 2007. She got results her first time out on the staging track having the house go under contract in 1 day! She has 3 certifications: RESA Pro® (Real Estate Staging Association Professional), ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional), and HSR® (Home Staging Resource). She is a member of RESA®, IAHSP® (International Association of Home Staging Professionals), and the Charlotte Chapter for IAHSP®. She was in the corporate world for years and has been an entrepreneur for 18 years developing training DVDs and manuals for packing, shipping, store operations and customer service. She brings her experience forth with the staging industry.
Stephanie is an Accredited Staging Professional with a background in Fine Art. Her experience includes Visual Merchandising, Model Home Staging, mural painting, picture framing and floral design work.
Dale retired from the military after 20 years as an Army officer. His final assignment was as an instructor/professor in the Department of Physical Education at West Point, New York. Dale is the company's major physical strength, inventor, handyman, and staging assistant. As a former business owner and entrepreneur himself, he gives us his valued opinion on many issues from staging to company growth.
